before, I thought that law are based on ethics. But thanks for the knowledge. it really helps me a lot, now i know the difference between the law and the ethics.

what is the judicial standard? And what are those judicial standard?

i just know that there is a Law in computer but i do not know most of them, i just know the common. what if, unknowingly i commit some, which i don't know that is a crime, am i exempted  to the punishment?
